The rules below apply for customers who bought a product from me. Please read them carefully, and send me a private message if you have a question.
RULE 1
The buyer may use the finished artwork for personal and commercial purposes, including social media, merchandise, and large-scale projects.RULE 2
The buyer may earn money from projects that include the artwork, as long as the artwork is not resold or redistributed on its own.RULE 3
The artist retains authorship and moral rights as the original creator of the work.RULE 4
The buyer cannot claim that they are the original creator or designer of the artwork.RULE 5
serifying.art reserves the right to display, post, and use the artwork on their own social media, website, portfolio, and promotional materials, even after completion or sale.RULE 6
Credit to serifying.art as the artist should be given wherever possible — especially in online posts, descriptions, or promotional content. This rule does not apply to adoptables.RULE 7
The buyer may edit or crop the artwork for use (e.g., logos, banners, thumbnails), but heavy edits or redraws should still include credit to the original artist.RULE 8
The buyer may not resell, relicense, or redistribute the artwork as a standalone product (for example, selling prints of commissioned work without permission).RULE 9
Refunds, revisions, and delivery terms depend on what has been agreed upon with the buyer.RULE 10
These terms apply to all commissions, custom works, and digital files created or sold by serifying.art unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
